Alumina ceramic structural parts refer to parts or components with specific shapes and structures made of high-purity alumina ceramic materials. They are widely used in industrial fields under special environments such as high temperature, corrosion resistance, and insulation. Compared with common metal structural parts, alumina ceramic structural parts have higher hardness, strength, stability and biocompatibility, etc., and are currently one of the main new ceramic varieties.
A good alumina ceramic product requires a good molding process. A good molding process can obtain a good green density. The green density affects the density of finished ceramics, which also determines the performance of ceramic products. At present, the main molding processes of alumina ceramics on the market include dry pressing, isostatic pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding, extrusion, tape casting and so on. Depending on the molding process, the powder needs to be processed in advance. For example, dry pressing and isostatic pressing must be granulated first, and injection molding must be prepared with slurry.
Alumina structural ceramics are harder, more wear-resistant and more difficult to grind than traditional ceramics. The grinding process of some products accounts for a large part of the cost, especially how to process high-precision industrial parts, and reducing errors is one of the keys to making good ceramics.
Why Choose Us
From the beginning of production design, we do everything possible to meet the expectations of customers. We will choose the most suitable molding method according to the drawings and application needs of customers, and carry out post-processing according to needs. At the same time, we carry out strict testing on the finished products, and only qualified products can be shipped out.
