We can. We have an experienced technical sales team offering OEM and ODM services. If you don't have product drawings in hand, you can use text description, or provide physical samples to express your needs clearly, we can then provide product drawings for you to do confirmation. We can also provide optimization suggestions on the basis of your existing product drawings and update the drawings for your reference and confirmation according to our many years of experience in production and research and development. Helping you to design the right components for ceramic manufacturing, from simple suggestions to more complex solutions. Ceramic products have more processes, taking into account the cost reasons, products need to use some special processes, we will have long-term cooperation partners to help complete the processing together.
Yes, we can provide a small number of samples for you to test. We can also provide products from prototype to mass production according to your needs. You need to bear the shipping cost for a small amount of samples, or bear a part of the processing cost for customized and more complicated products.
No, we are happy to work on any size project.
This depends entirely on the complexity of your requirements. For simple products such as ceramic tubes and plates, we can usually provide a quote within 24 hours. For more complex shapes and sizes, we should be able to respond within 2 to 3 days.
