Ceramic Substrate Technology: COB (Chip on Board) Package
Aluminum nitride ceramic COB substrate is a special substrate used in electronic packaging technology. It is made of aluminum nitride ceramic material and is used to carry and connect chips (or other electronic components).
COB (Chip on Board) is a technology that directly packages a chip (or other electronic components) on a substrate. Since the chip is in direct contact with the substrate, it can achieve better heat transfer and improve the heat dissipation capacity of the chip. COB technology is suitable for a variety of LED lighting and display applications, from small displays to large lighting applications.
Advantages of COB Technology
Compared with traditional packaging technology, COB technology has the following advantages:
1. Small size, able to achieve higher light density and greater brightness.
2. The ceramic substrate has excellent thermal conductivity, which can effectively transfer heat to the radiator and improve the heat dissipation performance of LED lights.
3. COB technology can achieve better light control, because there is no gap between the chip and the substrate, which can reduce light loss.
4. COB technology can also reduce the optical cost of LED lights, because fewer LED chips can be used to achieve higher brightness and light density.
Product Inspection
The company attaches great importance to quality inspection work. We strictly implement the product factory inspection system, and unqualified finished products will never leave the factory or be put into storage, so as to ensure the interests of customers and the reputation of the company itself.
The basis for product quality inspection is: national standards, industry standards, product drawings, process documents, order contracts, technical agreements, etc. Inspectors carry out quality inspection according to the relevant quality inspection procedures or inspection instructions, and the inspection results will be used as the basis for whether the product is qualified or not. For unqualified products, they need to be reworked, repaired or eliminated.
Other Products We Produce
Ceramic substrates are one of the four major products of our company. The other three are metallized ceramics, ceramic grinding burrs and engineering ceramics.
