Introduction of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Wafers
Silicon nitride ceramic wafer is a round ceramic sheet made of silicon nitride material. Silicon nitride is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Si3N4 composed of silicon and nitrogen. By molding and sintering high-purity silicon nitride powder, silicon nitride ceramic discs with special properties and wide applications can be prepared.
Silicon nitride ceramic wafers have many excellent properties.
