The description of the metalized ceramics
In Al2O3 ceramic materials, the content of Al2O3 can be 90%, 96%, 99% or 99.5%, and the impurity components are mainly a mixture of MgO, SiO2 and CaO, which exist in the grain boundary in the form of glass phase.
With the increase of Al2O3 content, the thermal conductivity of Al2O3 ceramics will also increase, but the higher the purity of Al2O3, its firing cost will also increase significantly, and the higher the purity, the less glass phase content in the material, and its surface metallization will also become more difficult.
